Salade de quinoa à la féta
Pour 2 personnes Ingrédients: 160g de quinoa cru-1tomate-1avocat-1échalote-cubes de féta-jus de citron vinaigrette: 1cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive-moutarde-sel-poivre
Cuire le quinoa en respectant le temps de cuisson indiqué sur l’emballage. Une fois cuit, le rincer à l’eau froide. Couper la tomate et l’avocat en cubes. Badigeonner l’avocat de jus de citron pour éviter qu’il noircisse. Emincer l’échalote. Mélanger l’ensemble des ingrédients puis ajouter la féta en dernier. Assaisonner le tout avec la vinaigrette, le sel et le poivre. Servir frais.
Astuce+: pour faire le plein de magnésium et si vous êtes un(e) adepte du sucré/salé, n’hésitez-pas à ajouter une poignée de raisins secs!
